Race Packet Pick-up Info

Race packets will be available as follows:

• Thursday October 7, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Race Site
• Friday October 8, 2010 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.at Race Site

Refund Policy

Entry fees are not refundable. Entry fees may be transferred to the 2011 event for a $50.00 transfer fee. In the case of a duplicate online entry or accidental double charge, a refund check will be issued. Refund checks require 2-4 weeks to be processed.

Transfer Information

If you are not able to participate in the event, you may submit a formal request in order to transfer your entry to the American Triple-T event in 2011, which has a $50.00 transfer fee. The request must be received prior to the event via email before the event is sold out or closed out. A transfer request made after the start of an event will not be honored.
